Dispatching Plants from Ewhurst Holdings

Your plants will be dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of your order.  Please note we only generally dispatch between March and May, and September to November.  Plants are dispatched within 3 working days during these priods. No plants will be sent during adverse weather conditions.

Packaging Plants

  1. We remove the plants from their pots and shake off any unnecessary compost and tickle the roots slightly so they will grow once replanted quickly.
  2. Plants are then wrapped in polythene with labels then into polythene bags and cushioned with a layer of straw / hay, they’re then boxed for dispatch.

Protecting the Quality of Your Plants

Carefully unpack the plants as soon as you receive them.  If you are not planting them immediately then place them in a cold greenhouse or frame. Water as necessary.

In you are not fully satisfied with your plants then please let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide an accurate address for shipping, note the billing and shipping address can be different.  We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided postal address.
